At PeptiLift, we want your order to arrive safely, clearly, and with no confusion. Below you’ll find our current processing times, shipping estimates, and delivery information.

Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Order cut-off time:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and order type.

Standard Shipping:
Shipping rates for single-item orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free Shipping Offer:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders containing 2 or more items, as well as all subscription orders.

United States:
4–12 business days, including processing and transit time.

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand:
8–19 business days, including processing and transit time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, and high-volume periods may occasionally affect delivery times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country.

PeptiLift is not responsible for these additional charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after the carrier receives the package.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will always do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item, then contact us immediately.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please first check around your property, mailbox, front desk, building reception, and with nearby neighbors.

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us so we can assist you with the next steps and help file a claim with the carrier if needed.
