Cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscriptions, recurring purchases, prepaid plans, or other purchase options offered by PeptiLift.

Shopify’s subscription experience allows customers to cancel subscriptions, and when a subscription is cancelled, billing and delivery end according to the applicable subscription settings.

Subscription Orders

If you purchase PeptiLift through a subscription or recurring purchase option, you authorize PeptiLift or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the frequency shown at checkout.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it, unless otherwise stated.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription by:

Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription
Using the subscription management link sent by email
Contacting us at support@peptilift.com

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If your next order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel that order. In that case, the order may be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Pausing or Skipping

Where available, you may be able to pause, skip, or reschedule a subscription order from your subscription portal.

Availability of pause, skip, or reschedule options may vary depending on the subscription plan.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If required, we will notify you before the change applies to your subscription.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, our system may retry the payment. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused, cancelled, or delayed.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Refund eligibility is determined by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
